Meet

Dr. Yajun Cui PhD., DMD

At the heart of our practice is Dr. Yajun Cui, a highly educated and accomplished orthodontist with a diverse background in both dental and scientific research. With a passion for understanding the underlying biology of the human body, Dr. Cui performed research that resulted in the publication of a first-author paper in prestigious Nature Medicine on his research in bone biology. His passion for helping patients achieve their ideal smiles led him back to dental school, where he graduated in the top 5 from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. Further honing his skills with orthodontic specialty training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cui received the Arthur Theodore Lyman and Henry Sturgis Grew Memorial Scholarships during all three years of his orthodontics residency training and was recognized for his leadership abilities with the Leadership Award from the International College of Dentists. At Sweet Smiles Orthodontics, Dr. Cui brings his expertise, commitment, and passion for orthodontic care to help you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
